End of Season Clearance
Every Building on the Lot Is Priced to Clear
The Fall Liquidation Sale is our end-of-season push to clear in-stock inventory from both lots. Sheds, barns, garages, cabins and outdoor furniture that are already built, already on the ground and ready to deliver are marked to move.
There is no factory wait and no guessing what the finished building looks like. Walk the rows, step inside, pick the one you want and schedule delivery before the ground freezes.

Liquidation pricing applies to buildings and furniture already on our lots.
Family-owned and Amish-built
