Pavilions For Sale

Pavilions come in many sizes in 2′ increments. For example, 8×8, 10×10, 10×12, 10×16, 12×14, 12×16 etc. The most popular sizes are 12×16, 10×16, and 10×14. They can be the four-sided (hip roof) style or the Timber A-Frame. These structures are great for outside dining, cooking, grilling, or lounging on outdoor furniture while providing shade or shelter from the rain. The Pavilion will be installed either on a deck or a concrete slab, and we will assemble them on site. If you do not have a deck, one can be added. These can be prebuilt and delivered or built on site.

There are options for vinyl or wood. Vinyl colors are white, almond, and clay. If you prefer the wood option, there are many different stain colors, including natural and redwood stains. The material is treated pine. For the roof, dimensional (30 yr.) shingles are included. A metal roof is another option. If a floor is needed, the vinyl pavilion with come with Vekka deck poly flooring. With the wood structure, the floor will be treated pine to match the rest of the design. When installing a Pavilion on a concrete slab, there must be 6″ of concrete for all sides of the posts. When a structure exceeds 16′, there will be an additional post placed in the center of each side. For example, a 12′ x 20′ will have six total posts as opposed to 4. The hip roof style comes standard with a cupola roof that is removable. When walking into the Pavilion, there is a 7’3″ high clearance.

Posts heights can be raised when necessary. Electrical packages are available, including the rough wiring for a light switch, outlet, and fan/light. Electric rough wiring can be added in wood and vinyl structures. The electric package is not available for the timber a-frame or vinyl.

Some pavilions are available in kit form where the customer can pick up the kit and build it themselves at home. Looking for pavilions for sale in Northeast Ohio? Look no further, our pavilions are state of the art and Amish built.
